65Mn’s strength is higher and has a certain toughness and plasticity after heat treatment and cold drawn after hardening. In the same surface and hardening case completely ,the fatigue limit of 65Mn is similar with alloy spring. But 65Mn’s hardenability is poor. 65Mn is mainly used for the smaller size of the spring, such as regulating speed regulating spring, spring load, general machinery in the round, square spiral spring or pull wire for small mechanical spring.
