Processing Steps of Precision Milling

1. Divide the process according to the clamping and positioning. This method is for workpieces with less processing content. 2. Divide the process into rough and finish machining. For precision milling parts that are prone to machining deformation, considering the factors such as the machining accuracy and deformation of the workpiece, the process can be divided into rough and finish machining according to the standard of separation, that is, rough machining first and then finishing.

3. In order to increase the number of tool changes, the process can be divided according to the standard of centralized tooling.
